Hubble telescope sees a galaxy 13.2 billion light years away.
Apparently astronomers have seen what they claim to be the oldest galaxy ever seen. This galaxy is said to be 150 millions years older than any seen previously by mankind. This galaxy has been sighted by the Hubble telescope and is said to be 13.2 billion light years away. The image seems to be very grainy at best and red in color and they say it would take many of these to make up a galaxy the size of the Milky Way.
This is pretty cool. The technology that NASA has is amazing and to think that it is possible to see something 13.2 billion light years away is just absolutely amazing to me. It is still hard for me to imagine how this can be done by any piece of man made equipment. I am not sure how these things are done, but even further more intrigued by the fact that after all the years that mankind has existed on this planet that we are still finding amazing discoveries that God has created for us to explore.

1970s Marijuana Kingpin Arrested at Seniors Community
1970's Drug Kingpin Arrested at Seniors Community
A key member of a Miami based Marijuana smuggling ring was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Thursday, 31 years after skipping out on a federal trial. Mark Steven Phillips who is 62 years old was a Kingpin that was part of the "Black Tuna Gang" that by some estimate had imported some 500 tons of Marijuana in the 70's. He was one of 13 that were facing charges by a federal court in 1979, but Mark skipped out on the trial and has been on the run ever since.
This is amazing to me that this guy has been on the run for 31 years in the same city that he was busted in. I mean come on 31 years? I realize that this guy was not a mass murder but he was a fugitive of the law and one would think that it would not take 31 years to track this guy down.

A little about me
Here we go. My name is Jacob Eggerman, I am a 31 year old male with two daughters. I have spent the last thirteen years living my life a little in reverse by today's standards. I have just recently decided to come back to college to finish a degree. I have got about 57 hours of credits under my belt and I am currently listed as a Criminal Justice major.
